As a former CIO of UCB with global responsibility, he has valuable experience to coach and support the management team of BizzMine in further internationalising and professionalising the company. We look forward to working with Herman in his new role, and together supporting the BizzMine team achieve its growth ambitions. – Peter De Brabandere (Founder at BizzMine) and Steven De Troyer (Partner at Fortino Capital)  Herman is a **senior executive** with a proven track record and deep technology experience that stems from more than **30 years of leading successful global organizations** in the life sciences industry. He was Director IT for Abbott Laboratories and Vice President IT International for Medtronic. In his last executive role, Herman was UCB's Chief Information Officer for more than 12 years. In 2016 Herman De Prins was named ‘**CIO of the Year’ **by DataNews and in 2017 he received the ‘**European Digital Innovator Award’** from CIONet. BizzMine is a cloud and web-based platform for QMS (Quality Management Software). With this software, customers can centralize and manage all data related to complaints, audits, documents, training, etc. BizzMine targets a wide range of industries and in particular regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, logistics, food, biotechnology, laboratories, and the automotive industry.
